2169282 - Error code 1102 - "Entity does not exist.CountryID:" - User Connector

Symptom

Error encountered when running User Connector: Error code 1102: "Entity does not exist.CountryID: <>".

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Run the User Connector
  2. Navigate to Learning Administration > System Administration > Connectors > User Connector > View Results >
  3. Find the run result based on the timestamp > Click "View Details" > See the "Entity does not exist.CountryID: <>".

Cause

There is no existing CountryID reference within the system that matches the value in CNTRY column within the User Connector input file.

Resolution

  1. Copy down the CountryID value referenced in the User Connector run result report exception message

  2. References > Geography > Countries/Regions

  3. Add New > add the missing 

  4. Add
