2169894 - No cost estimate is found in S_ALR_87099930

Symptom

In T-cd S_ALR_87099930,there's entry in the F4 help for costing run. You select the entry and run the report S_ALR_87099930, but the system issues the message KN059 "No cost estimate found".You goto T-cd CK13N and display the cost estimate, and you find that in the tab of "history" , the fields "costing run" and "cstg run date" are empty.
