2170140 - Error when viewing Active Sessions in Afaria

Symptom

  • Trying to view active sessions in the Afaria admin console in Internet Explorer displays a blank screen.
  • The following error is seen in the Afaria server logs: "API0000: Unexpected Error: ASS0081 Details: ServerService.GetActiveSessionDetailList: Retrieving the active session details through the active sessions object. Exception occurred. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80020009 (DISP_E_EXCEPTION)), Exception: Exception occurred. (Exception from HRESULT: (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80020009 (DISP_E_EXCEPTION))"
