2170190 - How to Download a File of G/L Accounts With Their Mapped / Assigned DATEV Accounts

You need to download a file / report to review the DATEV accounts with their assigned G/L accounts, or Tax Code Mapping details.

You can review the General Ledger Accounts with their DATEV Accounts as follows, but cannot download it:

1. Business Configuration.
2. View Activity DATEV Chart of Accounts and Tax Code Mapping.
3. Open Edit Account Mapping.
4. Here you find a list with General Ledger Accounts and their mapped DATEV - Accounts.

There is no option available to directly download this view as a file.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Select the view Reports view.
3. Open the report Configuration Change History.
4. Go to Fine-Tuning Settings tab.
5. Select the view drop down - All Activities.
6. Select the Fine-Tuning Activity "DATEV Chart of Accounts and Tax Code Mapping"
7. Select the button "Download Change Details".
8. Save the file.
9. Open the file and go to the last tab CHANGED KEYS - ALL VALUES.
10. Select the details that you require from the report.

Now you have an Excel file of the DATEV setting details that you require.
