2170321 - Connection to the ABAP dispatcher broken - shutting down immediately at AS Java startup in dual stack system

Symptom

The AS Java startup fails with following error, however the ABAP dispatcher process is started:

/usr/sap/<SID>/<inst_nr>/work/dev_jstart:
