2170329 - EAM Log Sync Timebased report does not recover session details or generate missing workflow requests

Symptom

GRAC_EAM_LOG_SYNC_TIMEBASED was executed in order to recover missing session details for Firefighter sessions and/or generate missing workflow requests. However, after running the report, the following issues are noticed:

  • session details are still not appearing on Consolidated Log Report

          and/or

  • EAM Log Review Report requests are not created for the sessions that should be recovered.
