Symptom

  • Command select is_prepared returns error 14216 :

Msg 14216, Level 16, State 1:
Function 'is_prepared' not found.

  • Command prepare database returns error 156 :

Msg 156, Level 15, State 2:
Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'database'.
