2170588 - Candidate search results not showing existing candidates - Recruiting Management

When searching for a candidate, certain candidates are not visible in the dropdown list even though they exist in the database

1. Navigate to Recruiting > Go to 'Candidate Search';

2. Try to search for a candidate (For example 'Smith' ,'Sam' etc);

Here the search is set up in such a way that if you type "smith" the results will include "smithson or abcsmith or smithxxx etc. …now there is a limit of how many results you get to see in the list.

The limit here is 30 candidates; hence the desired candidate may not be displayed.

The system displays ONLY a limited number of candidates as below:

As of now there is a limit is set in the system that only list 30 candidates on this search.

To reduce the results, you can type in last name/middle name. This will help to narrow down the result.

For example you can search for "Smith A"
