Symptom
There is an attribute SLA Relevant in the Downtime Details (Productive System) report that you can access from the Service Control Center work center. It has either value Yes or No.
You want to know the Yes or No is based on what principle.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Service Control Center work center
- Go to the System Availability (Availability Monitoring) view
- On the right hand side you see the Downtime Details (Productive System) report with column SLA Relevant
Resolution
If a downtime occurs during the Standard Weekly Contractual Maintenance Period Slots (CMP) it will be flagged as SLA Relevant = No.
If a downtime occurs outside this period then it will be flagged as SLA Relevant = Yes. However, depending on the reason for the downtime, we can manually change the flag from Yes to No.
