2170803 - Getting error "API0000: Unexpected Error: SSP0003" while enrolling the device through Self Service Portal in SAP Afaria 7.0 SP0x versions

Symptom

  • Enrollment issue with specific user ID's. A particular user is not able to enroll the device.
  • In Afaria Server log getting Error "API0000: Unexpected Error: SSP0003 Details: Policy.EnrollmentCodeRemovePendingEnrollment: USERNAME. SELECT returns more than one row, Exception: SELECT returns more than one row"
