2171201 - Table SMOFRSTAT has more entries than t-code R3AR3

Symptom

Sometimes, you find entries in table SMOFRSTAT (request load entries) are not shown in t-code R3AR3 (request load monitor). For example, there are old entries with status "R-Running" or "W-Wait" in table SMOFRSTAT and you are not able to abort them in R3AR3.
