2171410 - Error: ‘The action cannot be performed’ when scheduling Webi documents based on BICS connectivity to an OLAP connection when data tracking is enabled.

Symptom

  • A Webi report is created that is based on BICS connectivity to a BEx query.
  • The Webi report has "Data Tracking" turned on to compare data with a previous refresh.
  • When the report is scheduled, it fails with the error message "The action cannot be performed."
