st_readstatistics
st_getstats
qry_init_stats
st_readallstats
or possibly

On SAP ASE systems running ASE 16.0 SP02 PL05 and above:
- The system access is not affected; new processes are able to connect to the SAP ASE database just fine; there are no runtime problems.
- However, the ASE errorlog continues to report Error 706 as described above.
