SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
On performing 'Manual Test of Effectiveness' for manual control, there is possibility to report multiple issues. All the multiple issues goes for user's work inbox to perform further action.
However, when user open his work inbox, all these multiple tasks have identical description 'Remediate Issue: Manual Test’. It is confusing to user and difficult for user to identify which issue reports under which task. User needs to open the work task to find out the Issue details.
