2171948 - Source List Message ME123 Hard Stop Error

Symptom

You are unable to create a Stock Transport Order (STO) within the same Plant (whereby the Supplying Plant and Receiving Plant are the same) here you receive the error ME123 : 'Supplying and Receiving Plant same (please check)'.

Error ME123 is a 'Hard Stop' error type, meaning that processing cannot continue.
