Executive Review is not populating data after recent import

Cause
If you are using second manager hierarchy for the template and have reimported NO_MANAGER or any other USERID in the SECOND_MANAGER column for the top of hierarchy user after the forms are launched then ER will not show any data.
Resolution
Please make sure that the SECOND_MANAGER column is always blank for top of hierarchy if using second manager hierarchy. It cannot be NO_MANAGER or any other USERID.
