2172404 - Change of Language/currency within Library in User Front UI

• Desire to have the settings for Languages (Primary & Secondary) and Currency to remain the same within the Library search after being changed once manually by a user.
• Expectation that the settings within the Library search remains the same as the settings within Options & Settings.
• What is the behavior of the primary and secondary language in the Library?
• The language is changed in BizX, however when searching for an item in the Library, the language is not updating.
