2172561 - A stored procedure does not release procedure cache until it's finished.

Symptom

A stored procedure uses increasingly more memory and does not release procedure cache used until it's finished.

  •    A select statement in the stored procedure has "NOT EXISTS" at WHERE clause.
  •    If we remove "NOT EXISTS" at WHERE clause, it's not occurred.
