Symptom

The RepAgent thread goes down and cannot be restarted when it hits Error 9209:

Error: 9209, Severity:20, State: 0
RepAgent(7): Missing datarow in TEXT/IMAGE/UNITEXT insert log record. Transaction log may be corrupt. Please contact SYBASE Technical Support. (current marker = (122861302, 4)).
Rep Agent Thread for database 'primDB' (dbid = 7) terminated abnormally with error. (major 92, minor 9)
