2172981 - Curriculum is not completed previously completed after copy -LMS

After assigning an item that was copied from a previous item to a curricula, the users whom completed the older item do not have the new item completed, resulting in the curricula not being completed.

When an item is copied it is considered a new different item, the system will not consider the item complete since it is considering it a different item. 

Revise an item instead of copying if the intended outcome is to have user who have completed the earlier version to still have it completed when the newer version is added to the curricula.
