2173112 - Warnings Prompt When Changing Class Agenda Timeslot

Warnings prompt encountered when changing the class agenda timeslot.

The User <Lastname>, <Firstname> has a schedule conflict with class <Class ID> (Start: <start time>, End: <end time>)

SAP SuccessFactors Learning - All Supported Versions

1. Go to Learning Administration> Search for the Class
2. Under Agenda > Click the chosen timeslot > Edit the time slot
3. Click 'Save' button

When the admin or instructor reschedule the class, a user enrolled in the class has a conflicting schedule.

1. Navigate to registration tab and manually remove the affected user,
2. Then the instructor or admin will be able to continue to successfully adjust the time slot;

Or

1. Go to System Administration>Application Administration>User Settings,
2. Enable the option 'Prevent Admins and Managers from creating user schedule conflicts'
3. Admin will see a warning pop up but will be able to save the change: 

           Warning Details:
           The User <Lastname>, <Firstname> has a schedule conflict with class <Class ID> (Start: <start time>, End: <end time>)
           Do you wish to proceed?

Note: Another option under User Setting 'Prevent Users from creating user schedule conflicts' will allow users to register for classes with conflicting schedules.
