2173156 - ATP check for several manually created schedule lines

You create two schedule lines for one sales order item manually, and you set up full delivery, the result of the atp check is not as expected.

- Situation 1:
Available stock: 150
Schedule line 1: requested quantity 200
Schedule line 2: requested quantity 100

In this case non of the schedule lines can receive a confirmation. 

- Situation 2:
Available stock: 150
Schedule line 1: requested quantity 100
Schedule line 2: requested quantity 200

In this case the first schedule line can be confirmed with 100. The second schedule line remains unconfirmed.
