2173304 - Fields/buttons are greyed out or missing in QA11, QA12 on tab 'Inspection lot stock'

There is an inspection lot, for which stock posting is required. Therefore, tab 'Inspection lot stock' is available in the usage decision transactions QA11, QA12. However, some fields are greyed out, that is they are not editable, other fields and/or buttons may be missing, that is they are hidden.
