Users are getting the following error message when they try to connect to Employee Central using ODATA:

Resolution

  • The solution to this issue is refreshing the metadata cache
  • With assistance of your Implementation Partner, navigate to the instance's Provisioning page > MDF Cache Tool > and click on Clear Cache
