Variable Pay allows showing or hiding fields depending on the selection of different roles or visibilities. The Administrator visibility can lead to confusion as it can be understood as an Administrator role, but in this Visibility and Role are not related. This article explains the characteristics of this Visibility option.

Variable Pay.

Administrator Visibility in Variable Pay is not the same as Variable Pay Administration Permissions.

The Administrator Visibility in a Variable Pay field grants permissions to see the field in the Variable Pay form to:

• The user that creates the form.
• The Manager of that user.
• Users we add manually in the Route Map of the form.

These are the users considered as Administrators when selecting this Visibility option.
