2173479 - Could not allocate native memory: Map failed in HP Unix

Symptom

In HP Unix system, the AS Java server process crashes with out of memory event, the defaulttrace file contains following stack trace:

[EXCEPTION]
java.io.IOException: Map failed
 at sun.nio.ch.FileChannelImpl.map(FileChannelImpl.java:793)
...
Caused by: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Could not allocate native memory: Map failed Please see SAP note 1552973.
