2173543 - CustomerData datahub synchronization fails, because of impex file sequence restrictions

Symptom

  • Customer replication between SAP ERP and hybris datahub. Over 4000 customer are being sending.

  •  At the end of the process no data is transferred to hybris.

  • An Impex exception is threw related with the B2BCustomerModelValidateInterceptor. Something like this:
 [ImpExImportJob] Starting ImpEx cronjob "ImpEx-Import"
 [Importer] line 2 at main script: Exception 'line 2: cannot create B2BCustomer with values ItemAttributeMap[ registry:  null, type: <null>, data: {title=null, sessionlanguage=null, uid=10130860@xx.com, email=10130860@xx.com, name=Customer Service, customerid=0000099795} ] due to [de.hybris.platform.b2b.interceptor.B2BCustomerModelValidateInterceptor@3da3c4e8]:All B2B Customers must be a member of a B2B Unit' in handling exception: line 2: cannot create B2BCustomer with values ItemAttributeMap[ registry:  null, type: <null>, data: {title=null, sessionlanguage=null, uid=10130860@xx.com, email=10130860@xx.com, name=Customer Service, customerid=0000099795} ] due to [de.hybris.platform.b2b.interceptor.B2BCustomerModelValidateInterceptor@3da3c4e8]:All B2B Customers must be a member of a B2B Unit
