2174048 - Accruals Are Not Posted For Some Employees

Symptom

Accruals are not posted for some employees. How can we determine if employees are eligible or not to get the accruals?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

Cause

This could be due to employees not eligible for getting accruals.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to Admin Tools -> Check Tool -> 'Validation' tab
  2. Run the below check to determine the accrual eligible periods of employee and why employee is not eligible:
    • Shows the eligible periods for getting accruals.
    • Shows why an employee is not eligible for accruals.
