Symptom
Accruals are not posted for some employees. How can we determine if employees are eligible or not to get the accruals?
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off
Cause
This could be due to employees not eligible for getting accruals.
Resolution
- Navigate to Admin Tools -> Check Tool -> 'Validation' tab
- Run the below check to determine the accrual eligible periods of employee and why employee is not eligible:
- Shows the eligible periods for getting accruals.
- Shows why an employee is not eligible for accruals.
