2174138 - Runtime error CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND with Chinese characters

Symptom

  • Runtime errors (short dumps) CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_FOUND containing Chinese characters (Chinese language is not installed in the system).
  • The call destination and the source server of a Remote Function Call call may be displayed in Chinese.
  • The name of the function module may be displayed with Chinese characters.
