2174230 - Vendor key for ERP 6 EhP4 to EhP7 Upgrade

Customer is upgrading from SAP ERP 6 EhP4 system to SAP ERP 6 EhP7.  During the SUM process to upgrade, the process has stopped in the configuration Step 5.3 at the add-on selection screen.

Sum proposes 1 of 3 options:

1) Upgrade the add-on with SAINT package.
2) Keep the add-on with the current version.  Use only if supported by the add-on vendor.  A Vendor Key is required.
3) Delete the add-on with SAINT package actively.

Customer needs to continue with option #2 however they do not have a Vendor Key available.

Syclo add-on version is 330_700.
