2174263 - Bundles not initialized when restarting SMP server

Symptom

  • The server has recently experienced an out of memory error, or other unclean shutdown
  • The SMP server does not initialize successfully when starting the service or daemon
  • The osgi.log may reports:
    • SMPServerStatusManager: Bundles (and their services) not yet initialized: <-- Issue
    • "com.sap.gateway.core.ip.jdbc.runtime.ODataToJDBCProcessor" may not be fully initialized
    • "com.sap.gateway.core.ip.jdbc.runtime.ODataToJDBCProcessor" may not be fully initialized
  • The server log may report the following bundles could not be initalized:
    • com.sap.mobile.platform.server.admin.jaxrs.features
    • com.sap.mobile.platform.server.general.p2.bridge
