Planned Leave is not represented in a dedicated field in Advanced Reporting.  It is instead a category of leave which is displayed in the same fields as other leave.


Planned leave is defined as leave with a booking date in the future (relative to the selected reporting period) and an approval status of Approved or Pending.  The booking date and approval status fields can be found in Time Account Detail and Employee Time, or the equivalents in your Employee Central schema.
