2174550 - RUN_RSUPG_ISU_CRR_CLEAN: Object "/1CRR/LT0000xxxx" could not be deleted

Symptom

Software Update Manager (SUM SP13) with nZDM scenario encounters the below error in the phase RUN_RSUPG_ISU_CRR_CLEAN.

You can see similar errors in the logfile: RSCRRCLN.ELG in SUM/abap/log
