• How to view previous background check, drug screening results, previous assessment scores for an applicant.
• Is it possible to determine whether or not the applicant needs to be submitted for new results or if the required assessments were taken?
• How to view previous prescreening questions and answer information for candidates forwarded from one job to another where they have not yet applied.

• Historical Background Check Results, Assessment Scores, and Pre-screening Questions & Answers must be permissioned to be displayed.
• By accessing the candidate application, permissioned users will have the “Historical Results” available as per below:

• Please contact your Implementation Partner to have this feature enabled, as changes to the Application Template (XML) are needed in addition to defining the role’s permissions.

Note: Historical Results cannot be permissioned to Candidates as they can only access their Application through their Candidate Profile. This feature is only accessible on the Candidate's Tab from the Job Requisition.
