2174656 - Unable To Delete The Released Forecast Planning Items

You want to include an expected forecast planning item to an existing for liquidity forecast XYZ. Inadvertently the wrong forecast planning item has been released. Now the Delete option is also grayed out.

1. Go to Work Center Liquidity Management
2. View: Forecast Planning Items

You will see that the forecast planning item set to status Released and Delete button is grayed out.

Only during the in-preparation status of the forecast planning items are allowed for deletion and released forecast planning items cannot be deleted.

Although the released forecast planning item is released but you have choice to include or not to include these expected items in the existing liquidity forecast.

1. Go to Liquidity Management work center
2. Go to Liquidity Forecasts view, you will see the liquidity forecast XYZ resulted from the liquidity forecast run.

Whenever you have run forecast planning item and the status released then in the above view  it will give an option to click on Refresh Planning Items and by clicking on this the forecast planning item data will be added to this liquidity forecast then you have an option to Accept Or Reject the forecast planning item data. This way incorrect forecast planning item can be rejected in order not to include in your liquidity forecast.
