2174656 - Unable To Delete The Released Forecast Planning Items

An expected forecast planning item needs to be included in an existing liquidity forecast XYZ. However, an incorrect forecast planning item was released inadvertently, and the Delete option is grayed out.

1. Go to the Liquidity Management work center.
2. Navigate to the Forecast Planning Items view.
3. Select the relevant forecast planning item.

The forecast planning item has the status Released, and the Delete button is grayed out.

Forecast planning items can only be deleted while they are in In Preparation status. Once a forecast planning item is released, it cannot be deleted.

A released forecast planning item can still be excluded from the existing liquidity forecast.

1. Go to the Liquidity Management work center.
2. Navigate to the Liquidity Forecasts view.
3. Open the relevant liquidity forecast resulting from the liquidity forecast run.
4. For released forecast planning items, select Refresh Planning Items.
5. The forecast planning item data is added to the liquidity forecast.
6. Review the added forecast planning item data and select Accept or Reject as required.
7. Select Reject for the incorrect forecast planning item to exclude its data from the liquidity forecast.
