How to remove/disable the "Assign/Remove Learning" link from the Manager Links tile?

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into HCM > navigate to the Learning module as a manager >
2. Access the 'My Team' page >
3. At the Links tile, notice there is an option called 'Assign/Remove Learning'.

1. Log into HCM > navigate to Learning Administration >
2. Go to System Administration > Security > Role Management >
3. Search the role which is assigned to the manager and open it in the edit mode >
4. Go to the Permissions tab > search for the permission 'Access Learning Plans' and remove it.
• Please note that, after removing the permission above, the manager will no longer be able to see the Leanring Plan of their subordinates, as the two functionalities are tied to the same permission.
