2174984 - To remove/disable the Assign/Remove Learning link from Manager Links tile

How to remove/disable "Assign/Remove Learning" link from Manager Links tile?

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login to Learning User interface as a Manager.
2. Click My Employees tab.
   =>Assign/Remove Learning link is shown in Manager Links tile.
   =>How to remove/disable this link from Manager Links tile?

1. Access Learning Administration
2. Go to System Admin > Security > Role Management.
3. Search the role which is assigned to the supervisor and then edit it.
4. Go to Permissions > My Employees category to remove permission 'Access Learning Plan'.
• Please note that after doing that, the manager will be unable to view learning plan of subordinates, as the two functionalities are tied to the same permission.
