2175295 - CRSE 2013 - Error executing report based on the CRDB_XML data base driver

When we execute a particular report we are receiving the following error/stack trace...

Execute code to run report. This exact report and and code work on a developer system but not in our test environment. Product versions are: SAP Crystal Reports Server 2013, OEM 14.1.5.1501 SAP BusinessObject BI platform >NET SDK Redist 64bit 14.1.5.1501 Report is bound to both a web service and database.

This issue has been escalated to R&D to include the crdb_xml.dll and dependencies for a 64 bit runtime install package

Updated package should be included in SP 7 for CRSE 2013.

NOTE: .NET SDK packages are only updated with full builds and service packs.
