Resolution

  • Product updates for Crystal Reports and Dashboard are available without a support contract at: 
        
    https://origin.softwaredownloads.sap.com/public/site/index.html
         
       
  • For example: To download Support Pack 05 of Crystal Reports 2016:
           
    1. In a web browser, go to: https://origin.softwaredownloads.sap.com/public/site/index.html
          
    2. Under "Selection Criteria", select:
      • Software Product: SAP Crystal Reports
      • Product Version: SAP Crystal Reports 2016
      • Software Type: CV_SP
            
    3. Click "Go"
         
    4. In the list, select "SAP Crystal Reports 2016 SP05 - Update"
