2175522 - Do not display Agentry captured signature in CRM Service Manager 4.1

Symptom

The customer signature which is captured in CRM Service Manager 4.1, is updated in SAP in the form of a .bmp file. When clicking this on an attachment the image is opened in the browser and the customer signature is visible. There is a business security requirement not to show signed signatures on the mobile client.
