Symptom
- After shrinking a database log or data segment by running command 'alter database' with OFF clause
- The sysusages system table still shows a row for the 'deleted' segment
- This row shows a negative vdevno value and segmap = 0

- After shrinking a database 'data' segment, sp_helpdb reports an additional clause 'data only unavailable kbytes':
