The Responses and Awards button is inactive on SRM POWL if the RFx is in Awaiting Approval status.
The Responses and Awards button is inactive if the RFx has the following status:
- Awaiting Approval
- Deleted
- Saved
- Release Rejected
- RFx Ready
The button is also inactive with Transaction Completed status and if no Response has been created yet.
