How to generate an "Adhoc Report" for "Foundation Object" in SuccessFactors.

Environment

 SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Resolution

  • Go to Home page and select "Reporting".

  • Create new and Select "Table" reports.

  • Select "Single Domain Report" and "Foundation Object" report type.

''

 

  • You can see a list of "Foundation Objects". Select any Foundation Object and one or all the columns. Click on "Done".

''

 

  • In the "General Info" tab give the report a name and then click on "Save".

''

 

  • Click on "Run".

 ''

  • Select the format as “CSV” and the report gets generated.

''

 

Note: To fetch all the Foundation Objects in one Adhoc report, Selct "All Columns".
