2176745 - Payroll driver throws the runtime error COMPUTE_BCD_OVERFLOW

Symptom

When the payroll driver is run for a Employee(s), a dump with the following information is seen in the system and the payroll processing is terminated:
Runtime Error - COMPUTE_BCD_OVERFLOW
Exception - CX_SY_ARITHMETIC_OVERFLOW
The error occurs in the Include RPCISS00 within the Form TMDIVI and looks somewhat like the figure shown below
