2176766 - Requirement date (re)calculation logic in subcontracting during conversion of requisition to PO

Symptom

When a subcontracting purchase requisition (Preq) is converted into a purchase order (PO) the system recalculates the requirement dates of the components. The only exceptions are Preqs wih creation indicator "Converted planned order" and "Production order". These are represented by EBAN-ESTKZ = F and U. The reason for this is unclear.
