2176914 - Risk Management - Activity value help is filtered out by org unit on risk OIF

After creation of activity Hierarchy and defining activity as part of risk, same activity name can be created for different organizations.

When searching activity for select it, we cannot see organization name, we expected to see only activity for the organization chooseen.

But it not the case, we are seing all the activities and dont know which activity is the correct one.
