2177042 - Negative values of receipt day's supplies in MRP

Symptom

Negative values appear in the values of receipt days of supplies like the Stock Days' Supply and the First/Second Receipt Days' Supplies, and it is not clear how they are calculated.
Here is the screen shot of the negative values.

There are negative values 12,1-, 8,8- in the Stock Day's Supply and the First/Second Day's Supply.
