From the SAP BPC-MS user guide, on the section "Administration for the Web Tasks" > "Application parameters", the use of the parameter "CUSTOMFACTBLINDEX" allows to create a dimension list to create a custom index :
When defining the CUSTOMFACTBLINDEX parameter, it doesn't work, there is no second index created.
