2177563 - Inactive objects and Open repairs found

• Upgrade stops in SPAM's Check_REQUIREMENTS phase with below message:

       Inactive runtime objects exist for the following ABAP Dictionary objects. This represents a system inconsistency and can cause errors when importing the Support Package Queue. 
       The import is only continued if no inactive runtime object exist.

• Upgrade stops in SUM's Preprocessing step phase MAIN_INIT/REPACHK_CLONE or REPACHK* with below message:

Symptom 1:

Inactive SAP objects have been found which will be overwritten by the import queue. If these objects are not activated and the corresponding orders not released, you will not be able to adjust these objects if necessary.

The development environment has been unlocked now. Activate the objects and subsequently release the repairs and transport orders to ensure that you can adjust the contained objects, if necessary.

If inactive objects are listed below that you can not find in the SAP system, please follow the instruction in note 538167.

Locked SAP objects have been found in open repairs, corrections, or transport orders. If these orders are not released, you will not be able to adjust these objects if necessary.

The development environment has been unlocked now. Release the repairs and transport orders to ensure that you can adjust the contained objects, if necessary.
