2177760 - Odata Project can not be deployed to SMP

After upgrading to SMP (SAP Mobile Platform) 3 SP03 or higher, any OData projects were unable to be deployed.  This was the error seen:

• Deployment cannot be completed for ARTICLESERVICE

• Deploy skipped; project list is empty
• Generation, build and deploy failed for task 679c448a-3fad-4aba-9155-8cce94c0e1ea
• Error: The object type is null or not contained in a Resource

• SMP 3 SP03 to SP06 (this appears to have been resolved in SP07)
