Symptom

  • While running a FIM/DS jog against a SAP system (BW or ERP), the job fails and an error message is generated in the Data Services logs: SAP System has status 'not modifiable'.
  • The RFC call to the Netweaver receives an error and the task, such as '/BODS/RFC_ABAP_INSTALL_AND_RUN' is aborted.
